		Chemical Company Dwory was founded in 1945, partially privatised in the 1990s and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2004, to become a leading chemical company in Poland. Its main activities are the manufacture and sale of styrene-butadiene rubber, latex, styrene and vinyl polymers, vinyl dispersions, organic solvents and chemicals. Some 40% of sales is rubber and latex, making it the second largest SBR producer in Europe. All products are certified ISO 9001.

		Eurogum™ supplies customers in Europe, co-ordinates marketing and promotional activities to support global sales of food-grade SBR, and provides technical service to customers world-wide.
		Clarus Specialty Products is experienced in the marketing and sale of paraffin, microcrystalline and synthetic waxes throughout North America, and in particular supplies a range of paraffin and microcrystalline wax for gum base.
		Warner is specialised in the supply of a variety of gum base ingredients throughout Asia, including paraffin, microcrystalline wax, polyvinyl acetate, rosin ester, hydrogenated vegetable oils and emulsifiers.
		Caromex International specialises in the sale of paraffin and microcrystalline wax throughout Latin America, and especially supplies a range of paraffin, microcrystalline wax and polyvinyl acetate for gum base.
